Vconfex Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) Form
The purpose of DSAR Form is to facilitate the 'Data Subject Access Request' from individuals (Data Subjects) as per the rights granted to them under data privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You are entitled to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restricting processing of any personal data we hold about you under data privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one of the following:
1. Our receipt of your written request.
2. Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide to enable us to comply with your request, whichever happens to be later.
